3 BAKELS GLUTEN FREE HEALTH BAKING MIX 0.325
Instant Coffee 0.010

  Total Weight 0.760
Method:  1. 1. Cream Group 1.
2. 2. Add Group 2 gradually.
3. 3. Sieve Group 3 and add to the above.
4. 4. Deposit batter into a greased loaf tin.
5. 5. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for approximately 20 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
