Method:  1. Place WHIP’N’ICE CREAM into a mixer fitted with a whisk on medium speed for 16 - 20 minutes, until soft peaks. - Do not over whip)

2. Note: Please beware that mixing times will vary between different Mixing Machines – 16 to 20 minutes is a general guide.
Yield:  · Whip up only 25% of the bowl capacity as the product will give 3 times its own volume
