For the easy production of rich mud cakes. |
Usage: |
| Blend 1000g Bakels Mud Cake Supreme with 175g of egg and 350g of water. |

| Mix for 1 min on slow speed, scrape down then mix for a further 2 minutes on second speed. |
|
| Blend in 300g oil and 40g chocolate paste on slow speed until combined. |
|
| Bake at approx 160ºC-170ºC. |
|
