Method:  1. Mix all ingredients together on slow speed, followed by 1 minute on second speed.
2. Use immediately or store in a refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
  This icing is suitable for all Carrot Cake toppings.
