Sugar 0.250
Water 0.350
 
2 FINO SCONE MIX 1.000
 
3 Milk 1.250
  Total Weight 3.150
Method:  1. Mix Group 1 together.
2. Sieve Group 2 and blend into Group 1.
3. Finally add Group 3 and mixed through
4. Deposit onto a hot plate then turn over to brown both sides.
5. For a thinner pancake, more milk maybe added.
