Method:  1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend together with beater.
2. Scrape down.
3. Continue to mix on low speed until well combined.
4. Press firmly into ungreased baking tray.
5. Leave to set and decorate as desired.
Notes:  For a Biscuit like slice bake at 180ºC for approximately 15 minutes, when cool ice using soft icing or melted Bakels Chocolate Truffle and decorate as desired.
