USING BAKELS CARROT CAKE MIX

  Eggs 0.170    10.5%
  VEGETABLE OIL (CANOLA or SOYABEAN) 0.150    9.5%
  Carrots (grated) 0.320    20%

  Total Weight 1.615
Method:  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Mix on slow speed for approximately 1 minute
3. Scrape down and continue mixing on slow speed for 1 minute
4. Deposit 150g or 100g into a greased bar tins.
5. Bake at 190ºC for approximately 30 minutes
