| Method: | 1. Mix together on slow for approximately 2 minutes 2. Roll the cookie mix into a log then roll in sugar. 3. Cut log into appropriate size cookies and place on baking tray (cookies will not spread) 4. Bake at 180°C for approximately 16 minutes. 5. Leave on the tray for 5 minutes, then remove and place on a wire rack to cool. |
