| Method: | 1. Place Group 1 ingredients in machine bowl fitted with a paddle 2. Mix for 30 seconds on slow speed. Do not overmix 3. Scrape down 4. Mix for a further 4 minutes on second speed. Do not overmix 5. Add Group 2 and clear 6. Place in 9 inch round tin and bake at 150°C 7. Ice with light banana icing and top with walnuts. |
