  Total Weight 1.600
Method:  1. Whisk on top speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Whisk on top speed until light approximately 3-4 minutes
4. Filll into shells or trays lined with sweet pastry Recipes No R520a
5. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for approximately 20 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
