  APITO FRUIT CAKE PASTE 0.015
 
2 Sultanas 0.450
 
  Currants 0.450
  Lemon Peel (chopped) 0.200

  Total Weight 5.215
Method:  1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl above order.
2. Blend for approximately 1 minute on slow speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Beat on second speed for 6 minutes.
5. Add Group 2 and clear.
6. Oven temperature 175°C (350°F).
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
