  Sugar 0.250
  Water 0.350
 
2 FINO SCONE MIX 1.000
 
3 Milk 0.350

  Total Weight 2.250
Method:  1. Mix Group 1 together.
2. Sieve Group 2 and blend into Group 1.
3. Finally add Group 3 and clear.
4. Deposit onto a hot place then turn over to brown both sides.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
Yield:  Yield: Approximately 110 pikelets
