  Eggs 0.250
  Honey 0.200
  Sultanas 0.300

  Total Weight 3.050
Method:  1. Line one standard size baking tray with sweet pastry Recipe No. R520a.
2. Spread with NZB APRICOT JAM SPREAD.
3. Mix the above recipe and spread.
4. Finally sprinkle with chopped nuts.
5. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for approximately 20 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
  Additional ingredients can be incorporated i.e. chopped apricots, dried fruit etc.
