Method:  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix at low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down
4. Mix at medium speed for 1 minute.
5. Deposit in greased baking tins at desired scaling weights.
6. Above recipe suits 20 cm round baking tin.
7. Oven temperature 180 C.
8. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
Yield:  3 round cakes of 20 cm diameter
