USING BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX

Method:  1. Soften the MORAH CAKE or Butter.
2. Scrape down.
3. Add BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX and COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX.
4. Blend in on slow speed.
5. Do not overmix.
6. Roll out biscuit dough to a thickness of 1cm.
7. Cut to desired shape (leave plain or roll in muesli)
8. Place on clean ungreased baking tray.
9. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
Yield:  93 biscuits @ 30g.
