Method:  1. Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Continue to blend on second speed for 2 minutes.
4. Pour batter into grease-proof paper lined baking tin.
5. Oven temperature 160°C +/- 5°C.
6. For 800-850 gram batter weight cakes, bake for 65 minutes.
7. For 1500 gram batter weight cakes, bake for 80 minutes.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
Yield:  5 cakes (deposit weight 800 grams)
