USING COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX

  Flour 0.375
  HERCULES BAKING POWDER 0.030
  Sultanas/Currants 0.500
 
2 MORAH CAKE 0.500

  Total Weight 2.905
Method:  1. Blend Group 1 together.
2. Melt Group 2 and add to Group 1.
3. Blend together.
4. Place 30g balls on greased baking tray and flatten lightly.
5. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 35 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
  We recommend that care be taken to ensure there is no ingredient separation during handling of COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX.
