USING BAKELS CARAMEL CAKE MIX

  VEGETABLE OIL (CANOLA or SOYABEAN) 0.400    12.5%
  BAKELS CARAMEL CAKE MIX 2.000    63%

  Total Weight 3.180
Method:  1. Place all ingredients in above order in mixing bowl with beater attached.
2. Mix at first speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape sides of bowl.
4. Then beat at second speed for 5 minutes.
5. Shift to first speed then mix for 1 more minute.
6. Bake at 180° C until baked.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
  For additional flavour a swirl of Caramel Filling can be piped on to the cake surface prior to baking.
