USING PETTINA CAKE MIX

1 Eggs 0.800
Water 0.900
PETTINA CAKE MIX 4.000
Mixed Spice 0.025
Bicarbonate of Soda 0.025
 
2 Grated Carrot 0.600

  Total Weight 6.350
Method:  1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl in above order
2. Blend for approximately 1 minute on slow speed
3. Scrape down
4. Beat on second speed for 6 minutes
5. Add Group 2 and just mix through
6. Bake at 175°C
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
