USING BAKELS HOKEY POKEY MUFFIN MIX

Method:  1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl and blend on slow speed for approximately 1 minute. Scrape down.
2. Mix on second speed for 4 minutes.
3. Blend in Group 2 on slow speed.
4. Bake at 180°C (356°F).
5. To produce delicious biscuits combine 2kg Bakels Hokey Pokey Muffin Mix, 600g Morah Cake or Butter, 400g Flour. Add 100g eggs and mix to clear. Bake at 180°C for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
  For cup cake muffins deposit 60g of mixture into muffin tins.
Yield:  Yield 60 muffins (metric recipe).
