Method: | 1. Bring all ingredients to the boil in a pan 2. Allow to cool slightly prior to pouring gently onto chilled cheesecake. 3. Refridgerate cheesecake. |

Notes: | If the mixture is too hot, the cheesecake mixture will melt. If too cool, the surface of the topping will not be smooth. |
