USING BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX

MORAH CAKE or Butter 1.200    14.6%
HERCULES BAKING POWDER 0.045    0.6%
 
3 Retained Shortbread mix 1.500    18.3%
Flour 0.150    1.8%

  Total Weight 8.195
Method:  1. Mix Group 2 until MORAH CAKE or butter is fully incorporated.
2. Put aside 1.5kg of the mix and spread remainder evenly on to a baking tray
3. Spread Group 1 onto base
4. Combine group 3 ingredients and this sprinkle Crumble mix on the Blueberry filling
5. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
6. When cool dust with FIL-O-FINE DUSTING SUGAR.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
  For variety, use any of the Bakels Fruit Filling Range at the same usage rate.
