Method: | 1. Place ingredients in mixing bowl fitted with paddle. 2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. 3. Scrape down. 4. Mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed. 5. Do not over mix. 6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. 7. Deposit 170-200 grams into Waffle Iron and bake for 3-4 minutes. |
