Method: | 1. Place group 1 ingredients in mixing bowl 2. Whisk on top speed for 1 minute 3. Scrape down 4. Whisk on top speed until light approximately 3-4 minutes. 5. Gently fold in Group two. 6. Fill into prebaked shortpaste shells or into foils or tins lined with biscuit crumb base using PETTINA CRUMB MIX Recipe No R726a. 7. Top with fruit, or BAKELS FRUIT FILLING, followed by HADEJA FLAN JEL or APITO APRICOT SUPERGLAZE. 8. Chill in refrigerator. |
