USING BAKELS CREME CAKE MUFFIN MIX

2 Yoghurt (plain) 0.200    5%
Poppy Seeds 0.100    2.5%
Mixed Peel 0.200    5%

  Total Weight 4.210
Method:  1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl in above order.
2. Blend for approximately 1 minute on slow speed
3. Scrape down
4. Mix on slow speed for 4 minutes
5. Blend in Group 2 on slow speed
6. Deposit into 9 inch round tin
7. Bake at 180°C.

8. Glaze with an orange syrup or drizzle with white icing.
Notes:  This recipe is also ideal for muffins, scaled at 80 g.
