USING BAKELS CREME CAKE MUFFIN MIX

Coconut 0.200    6.5%
 
2 Eggs 0.100    3.5%

  Total Weight 3.100
Method:  1. Place Group 1 into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle in above order.
2. Blend together on low speed to form a crumb.
3. Do not overmix.
4. Add group 2 and mix on slow speed to combine into a biscuit dough.
5. Round up and deposit onto a clean tray at desired drop weight.
6. Bake at 180°C for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter/mix weight (100%).
Yield:  60 Biscuits of approximately 60 g.
