USING BAKELS CREME CAKE MUFFIN MIX

  Total Weight 3.000
Method:  1. Place Group 1 into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle in above order.
2. Blend together on low speed to form into a crumb.
3. Do not overmix.
4. Add Group 2 and mix on slow speed to clear biscuit dough.
5. Do not overmix.
6. Round up and deposit onto a clean tray at desired drop weight.
7. Bake at 180°C for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter/mix weight (100%).
Yield:  58 biscuits of approximately 50g
