  PETTINA CHEESECAKE MIX 0.800
  Water 0.600

  Total Weight 1.400
Method:  1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk on top speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Whisk on top speed until light approximately 3-4 minutes.
4. Fill into pre-baked short paste shells or into foil dishes lined with biscuit crumb base.
5. We recommend Recipe No. R726a for crumb bases using PETTINA CRUMB MIX.
6. Chill in refrigerator.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
