USING BAKELS HOKEY POKEY MUFFIN MIX

Method:  1. Place Group 1 into a mixing bowl in above order.
2. Blend for approximately 1 minute on slow speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix on second speed for 4 minutes.
5. Blend in Group 2 on slow speed.
6. Oven temperature 180°C (355°F).
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
  For cup cake muffins deposit 60g of BAKELS HOKEY POKEY MUFFIN MIX batter into muffin pans.
Yield:  Yield: Approximately 65 muffins (metric recipe).
