Method: | 1. Place Group 1 ingredients into a mixing bowl in the order shown. 2. Blend for approx. 1 minute on slow speed. 3. Scrape down then mix on 2nd speed for 4 minutes. 4. Blend in Group 2 on slow speed. 5. Bake at 215°C (419°F) for approx. 20 minutes. 6. For cupcake muffins, deposit 60g of Bakels NAFNAC Chocolate Muffin mix batter into muffin tins. 7. For double chocolate muffins, add 500g chocolate chips to above (after oil has been added). |
