USING BAKELS BANANA BREAD MIX

  CANOLA OIL 0.210    4.8%
  Banana 0.920    21.3%

Method:  1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Blend together for approximately 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Continue mixing on low speed until ingredients are just combined.
5. Scale as desired.
6. Oven temperature 160°C.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
  Bananas must be ripe.
  If bananas are too firm, beat in a machine for 1 minute, prior to mixing.
