Cookies & Biscuits - Shortbread

USING BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX

  BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX 1.600    57.1%

  Total Weight 2.800
Method:  1. Soften the Morah Cake or Butter
2. Blend in the BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX and Fino Custard Powder on slow speed.
3. Do not overmix.
4. Roll out shortbread dough to a thickness of 1cm.
5. Cut to desired shape.
6. Place shapes on a clean ungreased baking tray.
7. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 18 minutes.
8. When cool Finish as Required.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
Yield:  93 biscuits @ 30g.
