Cookies & Biscuits - Shortbread

USING BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX

  Cherries (chopped) 0.200    12.5%

  Total Weight 1.600
Method:  1. Soften the Morah Cake Margarine or Butter
2. Blend in the BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX on slow speed.
3. Do not overmix.
4. Add Cherries and blend in.
5. Roll out shortbread dough to a thickness of 1cm.
6. Cut to desired shape.
7. Place shapes on a clean ungreased baking tray.
8. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  Above percentages are on total group weights (100%).
Yield:  53 biscuits @ 30g.
