Cookies & Biscuits - Shortbread

USING BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX

  BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX 1.000    60.6%

  Total Weight 1.650
Method:  1. Soften the MORAH CAKE or Butter.
2. Blend in the BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX, Ground Ginger and Crystallised Ginger on slow speed.
3. Do not overmix.
4. Roll out Shortbread dough to a thickness of 1cm.
5. Cut to desired shape.
6. Place on a clean ungreased standard baking tray.
7. Bake at 180°C for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
Yield:  55 biscuits scaled at 30g.
