Blend 2 kg of Bakels Salted Caramel Lava Cake Mix, 1.060 kg of oil and 0.760 kg of water on low speed for 1 minute. Scrap down then continue to blend on 2nd speed for 2 minutes. Pour into well-greased baking tins. Place on baking tray and put tray on top of wire screen. Scale Weight: 60 g, Bake Temp: 250°C, Bake Time: 10 minutes. Depending on how soft or runny the cake centre is preferred. NB: The baking time is recommended for 60 g drop weight in individual friand tins. Baking time is only a guide as different ovens perform at different levels. |
