Method:  1. Place ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Blend together with beater for approximately 2 minutes on second speed.
3. Suitable for use as a filling for Sweet buns and Stollen (R176a).
4. When cool, dust with FIL-O-FINE DUSTING SUGAR or glaze with NZB SUPERFINE FONDANT.
