Method: | 1. Blend in all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute. 2. Scrape down mixing bowl. 3. Continue to blend on medium speed for another 2 minutes. 4. Scaling weight 60 grams. 5. Pour batter into well greased baking tins. 6. Oven temperature 195°C. 7. Bake time is approximately 15 minutes, depending on how soft or runny the cake centre is referred. |
