USING CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUIT MIX

1 COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX 0.450
 
2 CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUIT MIX 1.500
 
  MORAH CAKE or Butter 1.000
  Total Weight 2.950
Method:  1. Soften the MORAH CAKE or Butter. Scrape down.
2. Add Bakels Chocolate Chip Biscuit Mix and Country Oven Muesli Slice Mix.
3. Blend in on slow speed. Do not overmix.
4. Place 30gm round pieces on ungreased baking tray.
5. Leave plain or roll in muesli.
6. Flatten slightly.
7. Bake at 195ºC for approximately 18 minutes
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
Yield:  Yield: Approximately 98 biscuits (metric recipe).
