USING COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX

  CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUIT MIX 1.500
  COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX 0.450
  MORAH CAKE or Butter 1.000

  Total Weight 2.950
Method:  1. Soften the MORAH CAKE or Butter.
2. Scrape down.
3. Add the CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUIT MIX and the COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX.
4. Blend in on slow speed.
5. Do not over mix.
6. Place 30g (1oz) round pieces on ungreased baking tray.
7. Leave plain or roll in Muesli. Flatten slightly.
8. Bake at 195°C (385°F) for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
Yield:  Yield: Approximately 98 biscuits (metric recipe).
