USING COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX

  BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX 1.550
  COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX 0.450
  MORAH CAKE or Butter 0.800

  Total Weight 2.800
Method:  1. Soften the MORAH CAKE or Butter.
2. Scrape down.
3. Add BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX and COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX.
4. Blend in on slow speed.
5. Do not over mix.
6. Pin biscuit dough out to a thickness of 1cm (3/8 inch).
7. Cut to desired shape (leave plain or roll in Muesli).
8. Place on clean ungreased baking tray.
9. Bake at 180° (356°F) for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
Yield:  Yield: Approximately 93 biscuits when scaled at 30g (1oz) (metric recipe).
