Method: | 1. Place Water, Eggs and APITO WHITE MUFFIN MIX in mixing bowl. 2. Blend for 1 minute on slow speed. 3. Scrape down. 4. Mix on second speed for 4 minutes. 5. Blend in the Vegetable oil on low speed. 6. Deposit into muffin tins. 7. Bake at 180°C. |

For Muffin variaties add Chocolate chips, Sultanas, Blueberries, Apricots, Bananas or BAKELS FRUIT FILLINGS. Blend through batter prior to depositing. |
