USING BAKELS SLICE BASE MIX

1 BAKELS SLICE BASE MIX 1.500
 
  Condensed Milk 1.200
  Eskimos or Marshmallows (chopped) 0.600
  APITO CHOCOLATE PASTE 0.050
 
2 MORAH CAKE or Butter 0.675
  Total Weight 4.025
Method:  1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl.
2. Melt Group 2.
3. Do not over heat.
4. Add to Group 1.
5. Blend with beater on low speed until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
6. Do not over mix.
7. Roll into log shape then in turn roll log in coconut.
8. Place in refrigerator to set.
9. Remove then set and cut into desired size.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
