Description:  Premix in powder form
Function:  For the convenient preparation of light, fresh keeping, moist sponges. Ideal for all types of sponge goods including sponge rounds, drops, rolls, sheets and leamingtons.
Usage: 
Whip together with eggs and water until light then scale into greased tins and bake.
